· Plan and organize the crew, equipment and resources well in advance to minimize operational downtime as it affects drilling operations and associated activities.
· Ensure that well control requirements are in place and enforced according to operational requirements.
· Review and approve all drilling related work permits.
· Supervise equipment preparation for impending drilling operations.
· Assist in supervising well killing operations in an emergency situation.
· Develop and submit a consolidated rig’s annual maintenance budget for approval for the drilling department, and responsible for managing compliance on annual basis.
· Ensure subordinates understand and supply guidelines of the Company EHSQ manual and rig specific procedures.
· Inform the Senior Toolpusher or OIM of any incidents, potential hazards or abnormal situations.
· Actively participate in weekly meetings, Quality Improvement Plan program, and all other Company safety management systems.
· Ensure that drills relevant to current operations are carried out regularly and recorded in line with Client and Company Well Control Procedures.

· Implement the follow up requirements to audits, as issued by Clients, Regulatory Authorities or rig management.
· Approve all maintenance department requisition purchase orders.
· Document any and all changes to the PMS system and provide reasons for making these changes to Rig Manager via direct supervisor.
· Provide input in the Survey of the vessel and ways to reduce the out of service time of the vessel.
· Exercise fiscal responsibility with regard to maintenance budget.
· Train personnel on the use of the PMS system to reduce error in the system
· Communicate equipment problems or breakdown information.
· Demonstrate commitment to company safety policies through leadership and guidance.
· Ensure regulatory requirements for environmental protection are complied with.
· Report any incidents, potential hazards or abnormal situation to the OIM, other department heads and TSM.
2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
A university degree or equivalent.
Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education.
Valid medical examination.

Dr. Anita Borg devoted her adult life to revolutionising the way we think about technology and dismantling barriers that keep women and minorities from entering computing and technology fields. Her combination of
technical expertise and fearless vision continues to inspire and motivate countless women to become active participants and leaders in creating technology.
As part of Google’s ongoing commitment to furthering Anita’s vision, we are pleased to announce The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship: Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Through the scholarship, we aim to encourage women to excel in computing and technology, and become active role models and leaders.
Multiple scholarships will be awarded based on the strength of candidates’ academic performance, leadership experience and demonstrated passion for computer science . A group of female Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD student finalists will be chosen from the applicant pool. The scholarship recipients will each receive a €7,000 (or equivalent) scholarship.
In June 2011, all scholarship recipients and finalists will be invited to visit Google’s Engineering Centre in Zurich for a networking retreat. It will include workshops with a series of speakers, panels, breakout sessions and social activities, and will provide an opportunity for all finalists to meet and share their experiences.

Resposiblilities
You will be responsible for raw materials and sub materials receiving and release from warehouse to production based on the production daily schedule. Arrange the materials storage in good condition according to warehouse SOP. Maintain the physical inventory quantity – stock card – ERP system date consistency. Perform the finished product receiving and maintain the finished good temporary storage area. Arrange loaders to load/unload in timely manner and verify the quantities at point of loading/unloading. Verify all transaction documents e.g. delivery notes confirmation. Perform materials/sub materials physical count daily and periodically. Keep the warehouse inventory in FIFO. Prepare Good transfer Form and get the proper approval.
